The staff was outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice, the accommodation was gorgeous and reasonably clean. The breakfast was more than adequate and tasty with veggies, fruit, muffins, and the honesty bar was a plus.
Paid gbp 7 per 24 hours to access the net, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Had a very nice stay here during our trip. Luxury king room was brand-new and functional in the ensuite bathroom. The location was great and lovely, we were next to the heart of Llandudno. Plus it was in a crowded area.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. The venue is delightful and fairly clean, nestled in a neat building with excellent view of the bay. The location is very central, just off shopping centre, sea, restaurants, tour busses, entertainment venues and great base for mountains. The staff are absolutely lovely and charming, and the host too.

Was a convenient base for trip. The room was good sized and nicely furnished, especially a great view of the bay and pier from the window. The bed was big and we had a more than adequate and tasty breakfast. The check-in was very quick, we thoroughly enjoyed honesty bar. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. Its location was great and incredible in the' lounge' area. Spent our evenings in nearby The Queen Victoria enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

I lovely spend 2 nights in Llandudno. The staff was pleasant and welcoming and the owner too. Location: the hotel was next to definitely to the Italuan restaurant downstairs, and high st shops, sea front and tourist attractions. Try hot dishes served at the attached restaurant. The service was excellent.

Appreciated Llandudno, the hotel was peaceful and delightful to conference centre along seafront. We had the executive king room provided with spartan facilities, vintage style, as example. Efficient and attentive staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. The location was prime, for example, The Victoria Shopping Centre was at a walking distance from the property. You guys made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.
