Was a convenient base for trip. The room was good sized and nicely furnished, especially a great view of the bay and pier from the window. The bed was big and we had a more than adequate and tasty breakfast. The check-in was very quick, we thoroughly enjoyed honesty bar. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. Its location was great and incredible in the' lounge' area. Spent our evenings in nearby The Queen Victoria enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The rooms were huge with traditional decor and feather pillows. I had a safe box and a couch, exceptionally comfortable bed. The location turned out to be great and lovely, so close to the supermarket, and North Wales, great base for mountains and seaside.

The ideal and incredibly comfortable location was just next door to Llandudno Museum. The bus stop was 300 metres away. All of the staff members were dedicated and committed. The room was brand-new, functional with four poster bed.

I lovely spend 2 nights in Llandudno. The staff was pleasant and welcoming and the owner too. Location: the hotel was next to definitely to the Italuan restaurant downstairs, and high st shops, sea front and tourist attractions. Try hot dishes served at the attached restaurant. The service was excellent.

Everything was perfect and the view was fabulous. The room was en suite and big size, I had a good rest. The hotel was in a very central location very close to the beach. I had coffee at Osborne's Cafe and Grill, located within 5 minutes walk. The honesty bar was nice and the staff were welcoming. I can recommend the place.

Appreciated Llandudno, the hotel was peaceful and delightful to conference centre along seafront. We had the executive king room provided with spartan facilities, vintage style, as example. Efficient and attentive staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. The location was prime, for example, The Victoria Shopping Centre was at a walking distance from the property. You guys made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.
